1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

We offer a replacement or full/partial refund for your order only in the following circumstances:

– The wrong item(s) were delivered to you

– The food is damaged, inedible or not cooked to a safe standard

– The item(s) are missing from your order

– The food does not match the description on our menu (e.g., incorrect flavour, ingredients)

We cannot offer returns or refunds for change of mind, late delivery (unless extreme), or orders that have been consumed in full.

2. How to Request a Return/Refund

To make a claim, you must contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order with the following details:

– A clear description of the issue (including photos/videos if possible)

– Your preferred resolution (replacement, full refund or partial refund)

4. Non-Eligible Claims

We reserve the right to decline refund/replacement requests if:

– The claim is made after 30 minutes of order delivery/collection

– No evidence is provided to support the claim

– The issue is caused by customer error (e.g., incorrect order details, dietary requirements not noted at checkout)
